About Our Founder

Jeff Oskin has been leading and growing public and privately-held organizations as a President, CEO or Vice President for over 30 years.  He has guided small start-up firms, ably turned around a publicly traded company, and successfully guided operations within a multi-billion dollar enterprise.  Most recently he started and grew Jolt Consulting Group in 2011 from a solo-practitioner into a multi-million-dollar business before subsequently merging the practice with Forcivity, Inc. in 2021.  Under his leadership, the resulting business quickly grew and was acquired by Apps Associates in 2022.  In his career as a change-agent and business owner he has proven countless times an ability to be a savvy executive who understands the nuances of optimizing business operations, managing change, acquiring technology and growing top-line revenue.

For the last 10 years, Jeff has served as an executive coach for numerous leaders of privately held and non-profit businesses ranging in size from $1.0MM to $150MM. Jeff has served as a coach for Vistage International, the worlds largest peer-advisory network, and currently serves as lead facilitator for Sage Advisors Albany, an Albany, NY based peer advisory and accountability group he founded. He has been formally trained in executive coaching, is an avid fan of many leadership thought leaders including Malcolm Gladwell, Daniel Pink, and Jim Collins. In addition to his work as a coach, Jeff sits on several not-for-profit boards as a strategic advisor.  Oskin has an MBA from Boston University and a BS in Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
