At the core of our coaching services is Jeff Oskin, a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience as a leader, entrepreneur, and mentor. Driven by a simple mission—to help leaders maximize their potential and achieve their goals—Jeff brings a wealth of knowledge and real-world expertise to every coaching session.

Jeff’s coaching approach is grounded in practical experience and a lifelong passion for learning and leadership. As Chair of Sage Advisors, an Albany, NY-based CEO peer advisory group, and as an executive coach to dozens of leaders, he’s dedicated to helping others achieve transformational growth.
Community Involvement
Jeff is committed to making an impact beyond the business world. He serves as President of the Board for the Saratoga Senior Center, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the senior community in the greater Saratoga Springs, NY region.
